Terms and Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit of 25–50% is required to reserve your event date. 
• The remaining balance is due 3–5 days prior to the event date. 
• Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received. 

• Deposits are non-refundable. 
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be charged the full rental amount. 
• Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability. 

• Delivery fees are based on location and will be provided in your quote. 
• Setup and teardown services are available for an additional fee unless otherwise stated. 
• The customer must ensure the setup area is accessible and ready at the agreed time. 

• The renter is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup. 
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. 
• Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges. 

• Tents and equipment must be used safely and appropriately. 
• Peak Event Rentals is not responsible for weather-related issues. 
• In severe weather conditions, setup may be delayed or canceled for safety reasons. 

• Customer must provide a safe, level area for setup. 
• Any obstacles, hazards, or restrictions must be disclosed prior to delivery. 
• Additional fees may apply if setup conditions are difficult or unsafe. 

• Equipment must not be altered, misused, or relocated after setup (especially tents). 
• Tents must be properly secured and not used in unsafe weather conditions. 
• No cooking, open flames, or heat sources under tents unless approved. 

• Peak Event Rentals is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents arising from the use of rented equipment. 
• The renter assumes full responsibility for proper use. 

• Equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed time. 
• Additional fees may apply for delays or extended use. 

By booking with Peak Event Rentals, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
